Cancellation Policy
REVISED CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOW POLICY
{Effective April 1, 2022}
If you have to cancel you appointment, you MUST cancel you appointment WITHIN 24 HOURS if your SCHEDULE appointment. This is to be respectful of the studio's time/schedule and also to give the opportunity for the slot to be rebooked.
If you DO NOT cancel your appointment WITHIN the time frames outlined, you will be charged a fee based on the following:
*Within 24 HOURS--- NO FEE
*LESS than 24 HOURS --- 50% of your scheduled service
*If you ARE able to RESCHEDULE your appointment WITHIN 24 hours of the cancellation, you will ONLY be charged 25% of the previously scheduled time slot.
IF you MISS your scheduled appointment, AND DO NOT CANCEL OR show up to the studio, you WILL be considered a "NO CALL/NO SHOW". You will ALSO be charged 100% of your scheduled service. In addition, you risk not being able to reschedule for any salon services in the future.
ANY and ALL accrued cancellation fees will need to be PAID prior to any services being rendered.
Love Hue to Life (LH2L) understands that situations arise, things and LIFE happen ...we reserve the right to use DISCRETION on the enforcement of these policies.
Just as LH2L puts GREAT effort into being considerate of each clients' time, it is the REQUEST of the salon, that the consideration is reciprocated.
LH2L appreciates EACH AND EVERY client who chooses to be serviced in the salon and makes ALL PROVISIONS to ensure a relaxing, refreshing and calming experience!
